Why Therapy?

He who looks outside dreams, he who looks inside awakens

– Carl Jung

People enter into therapy or psychotherapy for many varied reasons. People come seeking help through a crisis, an emotional or psychological difficulty, to seek support to overcome an addiction or anxiety, or help through a transition in their lives.  We also see clients who present without any urgent need but they long to develop greater self-esteem, to increase their vitality or have an intense desire for personal growth.

Need help?

This work is used by people who wish to understand more about themselves, their behaviours, emotional lives, challenges and difficulties in a way that can help bring about change and lasting transformation. It is a powerful tool for gently and safely creating increased self-awareness and finding a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life.

Generally, the goal of therapy is for clients to become aware of what they are doing, how they are doing it and how they can improve their way of experiencing and connecting with others and their environment.
